Right to retract
The customer has the right to withdraw from the present contract without having to justify his decision within a period of fourteen days.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the date of delivery, it being specified that if the deadline ends on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day. Delivery is understood here as actual receipt of the item by the customer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier.
In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for the customer to send his declaration expressing his wish to withdraw before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify its decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration or by completing the template below, sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by email. His statement should be addressed to:

Effects of the retraction
In case of withdrawal from this contract, tanietz.com will reimburse the customer for all payments received from him, including delivery charges, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which tanietz.com is informed of the customer's decision to retract. However, tanietz.com may defer the refund until it has received the goods or until the customer has provided proof of the shipment of the goods, the date chosen being the date of the first of these facts. .
tanietz.com proceeds with the refund using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction; in any case, this refund will not cause any costs for the customer.
The customer must return the goods to the address given below without undue delay and at the latest before the expiry of a period of fourteen days from the notification of its decision to withdraw from this contract to tanietz.com ( see conditions above).

The responsibility of the customer can be engaged only in case of depreciation of the articles resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the good functioning of these articles.
Also, all items may be subject to a retraction, provided they are in their original packaging, properly labeled, in perfect condition and unused. Tanietz.com draws the customer's attention to the fact that any mark of use (including traces of make-up or lipstick, perfume odors etc.) on an article makes it unsellable for Tanietz.com who, to compensate for this loss, you will claim compensation up to the price of the item. 10.2. If the Customer returns the goods before the expiry of the cancellation period of fourteen days, and even if it is not accompanied by a declaration of retraction, Tanietz.com will consider this return as an expression of the Customer's withdrawal decision, with all the consequences described above.

- Exclusion of the right of withdrawal -
There is no right of revocation for contracts providing for individualization of products to content, such as embroidery or personalization of textiles or shoes.
